YOU Can Do This!

Do I need to get in shape before I begin BT DARK OPS?

Absolutely not. You can be an Ironman or a couch-potato. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All you need is to get out of bed and give your best efforts when you show up.

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect about at least 15-20% improvement in strength and endurance following just the first twelve trainings. In addition your flexibility, agility and body composition are likely to improve. Subjective things like increased mental toughness, higher energy levels, improved sleep and reduced joint stiffness can also be expected. You can also expect to improve your performance in whatever sport you participate in, especially your Lifesport. It's simple, if you show up so do your results!
Most “exercisers” will be shocked by their improvements even if they already consider themselves in shape.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout gear and some running shoes (Cross Training, trail or off road running shoes are most appropriate but any type will do). Dress in layers if it's cold out! We will always be outside; cold, rain and snow (the only time we don't train is in ice or thunderstorm). You are responsible to bring your own headlamp and water. Bring gloves!

Can I start a course in the middle of the month?

Yes, you will be charged on a monthly basis based on the date you enroll in BT DARK OPS.

Can I get credit or refunds for missed sessions?

No. Your fees are treated as tuition and your commitment to results. On the very
rare occasion a training is cancelled, a make-up training will be scheduled. If you are enrolled in less than 2x/week you can make up any missed sessions at any other training, anytime! You are not charged any extra for 5th week trainings.

How long does a BT DARK OPS practice last?

Each practice will be approximately 45-minutes, we will start prompty at 0600. DARK OPS will run from October 3, 2011 - March 12, 2012.

Though you are enlisting in a specific frequency of BT DARK OPS you can attend any Training/Location within your enrollment.
